  1. I’m thinking of asking my parents for a Pentax Optio 1-10 this Christmas. I’ve been reading reviews, but I cannot (FOR THE LIFE OF ME) make heads or tails out of them. Haha. I’m all about appearances (and the retro style on this model is too cute), but I’m just NOT the technical and features type. I won’t do anything professional with this— I just want a basic point and shoot compact camera (for when my Nikon d40’s too bulky to bring around) with decent resolution. Will this be a good buy for 7000+ PHP or is there a better model for that (or less that) price? Anyone here who has had experience with this model? Or Pentax in general? Or is anyone here a tech-savvy lifesaver who wouldn’t mind answering a few questions? :)
